At Duck Creek Sporting Goods, we understand that customers expect consistent quality when purchasing Winchester brass for rifle cartridge reloading. Occasionally, customers may encounter damaged or defective cases. The customary remedy is to contact Winchester and request a return shipping label so the affected brass can be returned to the factory for inspection and possible replacement. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and when only a small percentage of cases in a bag are affected, replacement may not always be offered.
Winchester brass is manufactured, packaged, and shipped by Winchester. Duck Creek Sporting Goods receives the components as packaged by the manufacturer and has no control over the manufacturing, inspection, or bagging processes. However, we take customer concerns seriously and strive to help resolve problems whenever possible. In some cases, Duck Creek may be able to arrange replacement of defective cases.
Please keep in mind that shipping and handling costs can sometimes exceed the value of the affected brass, particularly when only a few cases are involved. We encourage customers to contact us with any concerns so we can review the situation and help determine the most practical resolution. Our goal is to provide honest, helpful customer service while working toward a fair outcome
