Refund/return policy
Three days after receipt of merchandise is granted to insure items purchased is as advertised by Duck Creek Sporting Goods. Items not sold as advertised can be returned for full refund Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Special Order items cannot be returned.
Opened packages of reloading supplies and tools cannot be returned for a full refund. Ammunition cannot be returned.
Used and fired brass is sold “as is”; there is no implied warranty. Warranty on new components and reloading tools is with the manufactures.
To avoid serious injury/death to handloaders, bystanders and shooter: Carefully examine all components before handloading to ensure good condition. Handload (reload) only in strict compliance with instructions published in current manuals and manufactures websites. Use eye protection. Incorrect use of the components or incorrectly handloaded ammunition can cause serious injury to persons and damage to firearms and equipment. since handloading practices are beyond the control of Duck Creek sporting Goods and employees we disclaim all liability for damage, injury or death that may result,
Using any package carrier, package delivery is based upon reaching and delivering to your address; please make arrangements if not available on the delivery day. Package insurance does not cover theft.
Shipping Times: Our policy is to TRY to ship orders the same day received. Generally, orders generated past 6 PM MST will be processed the following day. UPS is the preferred shipping carrier, next in line is USPS Priority Mail which is normally a 3-4 day delivery service. USPS is utilized for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and all packages considered heavy for UPS pricing strategies. Exceptionally small packages Duck Creek will refund a portion of the shipping fees if possible.
The US Post Office does not guarantee delivery times, that being said occasionally longer periods can be experienced that Duck Creek has no control over. Per the Post Office, the COVID situation has increased demand for parcel delivery while the fleet of delivery vehicles has not increased. This can create a situation where a box may get bumped into the next delivery cycle, which creates a delay of several days.
To Purchase Ammunition Online:
- Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.
- We can ship ammunition to your door via UPS ground or air.
- Use of known shipper, no third party
- No sales outside the U.S
- Ammunition shipped by air requires Hazardous Material (HazMat) classification and additional fees will apply.
- Ammunition shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be by air.
- For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
- Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
- Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.
- All sales over 100.00 that are being shipped to a residence will require an adult signature and are not allowed to be left at the door, fees will apply.

FFL required to the following locations on all ammunition sales: Chicago, IL*Cook County IL*Los Angeles, CA*Massachusetts (state wide)*Oakland, CA*San Francisco, CA* Illinois: copy of FOID and Sate ID on File, Connecticut: AEC or Pistol Permit and State ID on file.
