This is a Union Metallic Cartridge Company (U.M.C.) No. 0 Primer box, 50-count, labeled for .38 S&W, with Smith & Wesson revolver illustration. These are late 19th to very early 20th century, roughly 1890–1908, prior to the Remington-UMC merger branding becoming dominant.
