375 H&H history;  Introduced by Holland and Holland in 1912 and known for being a accurate medium to large game cartridge with acceptable recoil.  The .375 was one of the first case designs that use a belt for headspace control and the tapered design is used to promote smooth feeding in bolt action rifles.
